We are an amalgam-free office. Tooth colored restorations for molars and premolars (back teeth), if not covered by your insurance plan, will be paid by the patient at our usual fee at the time of service.
It will be the responsibility of the patient to submit claims to any secondary insurance carriers.

We offer an Office Value Plan for patients without any dental insurance coverage. This plan covers two adult examinations, bite wing x-rays (4 digital films), and two hygiene visits per year. The cost is $189.00 a year per adult. Full mouth x-rays (18 digital films), are also available under this plan at a 10% discount. Call our office for more details.
